No. Currently, an active pass is limited to a single destination. Students cannot add a second stop or change their destination once a pass is active.
Recommended Workarounds
If a student needs to travel to a second location, an adult can manage the transition using one of the two methods below:
1. The "End and Restart" Method
This is the most common way to track movement accurately.
End the Current Pass: The adult currently supervising the student should select End/Keep on the active pass.
Add a Note: Use the comment field to document that the student is moving to a new location.
Create a New Pass: Either the staff member or the student can then create a fresh pass for the next destination.
2. The "Plan Ahead" Method
If the second destination is known before the student leaves, you can streamline the process using comments.
Leave a Public Comment: When the initial pass is created, the creator should add a Public Comment explicitly granting permission to travel to the second location (e.g., "Approved to stop at the Library after the Front Office").
Visibility: This comment stays attached to the active pass and is visible to any staff member who is monitoring the student movement. Other interacting adults can also comment on the pass confirming student arrival.
End: Then the pass can be ended when the student arrives at their destination.
