Pass - Why are we being asked to verify that we are human when logging into Pass?

If your users are frequently seeing this prompt and it is causing disruption, you should have your IT department verify your network's firewall and security settings. They need to ensure that the Securly Pass WAF external firewall IP (156.154.120.170) is prioritized and properly allowlisted for access on your school's network. This should prevent your school's legitimate traffic from being incorrectly flagged by the security system.
