At times, you may need to unsubscribe one or more parents from weekly emails to adhere to local laws or school/district communication policies. To do this, go to Parents from the navigation menu on the left.
In this section, you’ll be able to view the subscription status for each parent. You can filter the record using the status selector or search for a specific record using the search bar.
To subscribe or unsubscribe a parent or a group of parents:
1. Select a parent or a group of parents using the checkboxes.
2. Click on Subscribe or Unsubscribe button as required.
Once you subscribe or unsubscribe a parent, a confirmation message will appear, and the Subscription status column will be updated to reflect the change.
