To turn off the New Tab Page footer (which often shows extension info or customization options) in the Google Admin Console, navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browser settings. Find the User Experience section, locate the Show footer on New Tab page policy, and set it to Disable or Hide.
Steps to Disable New Tab Footer:
Sign in to the Google Admin console.
- Go to Menu > Devices > Chrome > Settings > User & browser settings.
- (Optional) Select the organizational unit or configuration group where you want to apply the policy.
- Search for the Extension Attribution or NTP Footer Extension Attribution Enabled setting.
- Select Disable extension attribution on NTP Footer.

Click Save (or Override for an organizational unit).
Note: If you are using Chrome Enterprise Core, you can find this under Menu > Chrome browser > Settings.
