On-Call - How to Manually Update Parent Contacts

This process is for manually updating parents in On-Call.  For automatic updates, we recommend using Securly Sync for rostering.

  1. Log in to Aware.
  2. Click on the Cases tab in the left navigation bar.
  1. Select the Parent/Parent Contacts tab.
  2. Drag and drop your updated Parent Contacts CSV file into the upload area to update the contact list.
