Confirm that this teacher/staff member is an active user in your building. If they are able to login successfully or are located within your User Management section, they are an active user.
If so, "Passes to/from you" is likely Disabled. The teacher may have turned off the setting that allows passes to be routed to them. To fix this, the teacher needs to click the gear icon to access their Profile Settings and ensure the toggle for "Do you want adults and students to be able to create passes to/from you?" is set to Yes (the blue position). Administrators can also check and verify this setting for the teacher by viewing the teacher's profile from the Main Users screen.
