Pass - Visitor Management Module - Technical Compatibility Guidelines

The Visitor Management module in Securly Pass allows schools to run instant background checks on guests entering campus. Use the following guide to prepare your setup.

What you’ll need:

• Securly Pass
• Desktop/Laptop
• iPad(s) or Android tablet(s)
• Device stand for tablet (if desired)
• Badge printer (if desired)

Additional Notes

Brother Printers

• Require Brother DK-1202 printer labels
• Connect only on 2.4 GHz WiFi networks, cannot connect to 5 GHz bands
• Works directly with the tablet wirelessly
• Require the Brother iPrint&Label app

DYMO Printers

• Require DYMO 2-1/4 in x 4 in (57mm x 102mm) labels
• Must be connected to a computer
• Badge printing must be enabled under: Kiosk Settings → DYMO printer → Visitor self serve badge printing
