No, Custom Email Alerts can only be configured for Aware flagged activity. However, you can choose if you want to send Blocked Activity Email Alerts to Faculty Group users.
To do that, select Users > Faculty Groups > Faculty Group Name > Configuration. Select the checkbox for "Send blocked activity email alerts." Remember to save your configuration so you can start sending such emails to the Faculty Group users.
