How to allow all email from in Gmail?


If you are experiencing problems receiving emails alerts from Auditor ( you might miss out on some important updates about your students. To begin receiving alerts, all you need to do is whitelist Securly in your G Suite domain.

There are two reasons that the Securly emails may be blocked.  

  1. You have set up delivery restrictions for internal domains.
  2. Spam setting is catching

Each of these settings are set at the OU level for each organization. Settings may allow for some user and not other. Please make sure you have the correct OU selected when making changes.

Removing delivery restrictions for an OU

  1. Login to your Google admin account and navigate to Apps > G Suite > Gmail and click Advanced Settings

whitelistsecurlynew1.jpg2. Scroll to ‘Restrict delivery’ under ‘Compliance’ and click ‘Configure’.


  1. Select the list to which you want to add the domain name, or create a new one if no list exists.


  1. Add the domain name ‘’ under ‘Add address or domains you want to allow’ and click ‘Save’.


  1. Then click ‘Save Settings’.

Updating Spam restriction

  1. Login to your Google admin account and navigate to Apps > G Suite > Gmail  and click Advanced Settingswhitelistsecurlynew1.jpg
  1. Scroll down to Spam and click ‘Configure’whitelistsecurlynew2.jpg
  1. Provide a name under the Spam field.
  2. Under ‘Bypass spam filters for messages received from addresses or domains within these approved senders lists’ click ‘Use existing or create a new one.’whitelistsecurlynew3.jpg
  1. Use an existing list or create a new one as required.


  1. Click ‘Add Setting’
  2. Then click ‘Save’.

Note: These changes may take up to 1 hour to propagate to all users.
