If your school uses both Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure, you would need to set up Aware scanning for each of them separately. Aware supports drive and email scanning for both Google and Microsoft.
The Mapping page on your Aware console allows you to select Org Units for which GDocs and GDrive (for nudity) should be scanned.
Gmail scanning is configured through Google Workspace and you can refer to this article to check which of your Org Units are being scanned by Aware.
How do I know which of my Google Workspace OUs are scanned by Aware for Gmail?
The Security Groups tab on the Mapping page on your Aware console allows you to select Microsoft ADs/Security groups for which documents and images from OneDrive should be scanned.
Email scanning is configured through the Azure portal. Refer to the following article for setting up email scanning for Azure: How to set up Aware for Office 365 emails?
* Known issue for dual-provisioned schools: If you are a dual-provisioned (using both Microsoft Azure and Google OUs) Securly Aware and Filter user, you might see flagged activities display blank or missing OU data and consequently fail to generate student cases in Aware. This is a known issue that our team is actively working to resolve and affects OUs that are assigned the Base Default policy in Securly Filter. However, you can easily resolve this by moving the OUs from the Default policy to a Custom Policy (you can simply mirror your Default Policy settings so filtering remains the same).
