This article provides the steps to off-board Securly Classroom.
Remove the Securly Extension from Google Admin Console
- Navigate to the Google Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & Extensions > Overview
- Search for the extension with the ID of hkobaiihndnbfhbkmjjfbdimfbdcppdh
- Click on the ID and click the highest OU the extension is installed on.
- Click on the extension ID again
- Click the Trash Can > click Delete
Remove the MSI agent for Windows and Mac from your devices.
Check with your MDM provider on how to remove profiles from the devices.
Remove the Lost Mode Kiosk app from the Google Admin Console
- Navigate to the Google Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & Extensions > Overview
- Search for the app called lost-mode-kiosk
- Click on the name and click on the OU that it is installed in.
- Click on the app again
- Click the Trash Can > click Delete
Disable Roster Integration
- Navigate to Securly Classroom > Settings > Roster Integration
- Select the Roster integration that you use
- Uncheck the box next to Enable
- Click SAVE and the upper right.
*NOTE: You will need to do this for each Roster Integration that you use.*
Unlink the Google Admin Console from Securly Classroom
- Navigate to Securly Classroom > Settings > Deployment > Google
- Under Google Directory Sync > Sync Status > click UNLINK
- Follow prompts.
- Click Save
