How do I resume or pause emails sent to parents?

As a Securly Home admin, you may occasionally need to pause Welcome emails and Activity emails to parents. This can be useful if you want to send a custom email yourself or delay these communications to a later date based on your needs.

To pause or resume emails, log in to Securly Filter and navigate to Parents > Manage emails. Select the “Activity emails” tab or “Welcome emails” tab and click on Pause emails. 

To unpause emails, simply click Resume emails.
