Filter - How do I read Filter activity reports?

User activity reports you download or schedule provide detailed information about user activity for the selected users, organizational units (OUs), or security groups. Here is a summary of a report's contents.

In the header, you'll see:

  1. Org. units: If the report is generated for an OU, this will show the OU's path.
  2. Report for: If the report is generated for an individual student, this will show their name and email address. If you also have Securly Aware, their wellness level at the time of report generation is also shown here.
  3. Activity Sources: The sources of activities that are listed in the report (Sites, Search, or All).
  4. Policies: The policies for which the report was generated.
  5. Categories: The categories for which the report was generated.
  6. Activities: The count of activities in the report.

In the listing of activities:

  1. The website's URL, favicon, who accessed it, and the activity's source.
  2. What type of activity the event was, either Allowed (green checkmark) or Blocked (red block mark).
  3. The activity's category.
  4. The policy that allowed or blocked the activity.
  5. The date and time stamp of the activity.
