The Users feature enables Administrators to manually
- Add new users with the Tech Coach role in Dyknow; and,
- Update the role of an existing user to that of a Tech Coach in Dyknow.
ADD A TECH COACH
Follow the steps below to create or edit a Tech Coach user in Dyknow.
1. Login to Dyknow as an Administrator.
2. Click the gear icon ; you will be redirected to the Dyknow Admin Settings.
3. In the Users tab, search for a User or click the Create New User button.
4. Enter (or edit) User information in the Create User (or Edit User) modal.
5. Use the Schools drop-down menu to assign the Tech Coach schools.
Note: To select multiple schools, simply click on the first school name and access the drop-down menu again.
6. Click the Save button.
