What are the different roles and privileges in Dyknow Classroom and Reveal?

Every faculty member using Dyknow is assigned one of the following user Roles:

  1. Teacher
  2. Tech Coach
  3. Administrator

Note: Both Tech Coaches and Administrators can be assigned as the Teacher (or Co-Teacher) of a class without editing their Role.

How can I grant read-only access to admins in Securly Reveal?

To provide read-only access to admins in Securly Reveal, change their role to 'Tech Coach' within the admin settings. This role allows them to view specific sections of the dashboard without making changes, ensuring controlled access.
