Visitor (PP) supports multiple printers for guest badge printing. The Brother printer is compatible with both the web platform and the Visitor iPad app.
Follow these steps to configure a Brother printer for your web platform.
From the left menu in your Pass system, click Visitor Management, Printer Setup, and then Setup Instructions.
On the popup, click on the Brother logo.
Follow the instructions on the pop-up window. (Click here for the link found in the screenshot below.)
Search for printers on your Windows/macOS device, look for Brother printer. In the Preferences, set label size to (62mm x 100mm) and print quality to high or high resolution.
Go back to the Printer Setup page and click Add Printer. Click on the Brother icon.
On the next screen, you can test your printer or delete an existing printer.
