The Visitor app requires a non-guardian guest picking up a student to provide the parent/guardian’s phone number during the check-in process.
The number is sent a one-time password that the guest should get from the parent/non-guardian and input into the iPad app.
If the verification is successful the guest can pick up the additional kid safely. If the verification fails, they can attempt to check in using a one-time password one more time, or visit the front desk staff so that they can make an exception.
Note that once approved by the parent/guardian/caregiver using this method, the guest would not be required to provide a one-time password for the next 90 days.
