If the integration between Canvas and Securly Classroom is not pulling in all classes, teachers, or student roster information, please check the following:
- Make sure that the class is published
- Make sure that the class is active
- Make sure that the class is set to the current grading term
- Make sure that the class is set to end in the future.
This is a comment from Canvas on a bug that they had in their system about Term Participation dates:
Anytime you have the course set to use the 'term' participation dates it should clear the course dates, but there was an old bug when it wasn't clearing the dates. This has been fixed and if you come across this again the fix is to go into the course settings, toggle the participation to 'course' which will then show you the old course dates, then toggle it back to 'term' this will remove the dates.
