Package 12 Release notes

REL-3130: One of our Crexten customers needed information about their users' network quality and connection. The extension was therefore updated so that the information is communicated to the customer, albeit via a 3rd party software service, and the school can make arrangements to help the impacted students have access to a better network. This feature was built and is currently available only for that specific user.

REL-3181: There was some issue with the Aware displayed not being displayed in Nucleus UI. This has been fixed.

REL-3161: It was found that flagged self-harm email between two Securly school users was not registering the grief subject correctly in the sa-server. This has been fixed.

REL-3042: The Aware onboarding steps for UK customers displayed the incorrect SMTP server address. This has been fixed.

REL-3197: This card improves the page load time for Allow/Deny lists in the Policy Editor tab.

REL-3152: This card fixes the issue with the school logo not displaying correctly or appearing broken on the blocked page even when the correct logo is uploaded in the system.

REL-3143: This card fixes the category listed for social networking sites in the category lookup tool results from networking to social networking. It also fixes the problem with downloaded CSV reports where the student name and email address were not being displayed together as expected.

REL-3139: This card includes multiple updates including fixing incorrect creation of custom groups with a blank name; changing the default view of Allow/Block tab to URLs instead of 'Search terms'; switching on Custom Groups for all paid customers instead of turning it on from the support tool only after the customer requests it; fixing what activities are displayed to the admin after a search filter is cleared in the Activities tab of the Safety Console; fixing the issue for pure Azure users where the Staff page displayed only the Admin group tab, instead of both the Admin group and Faculty group; and some UX flow issues among others.

REL-3048: This fixes an issue where if a video is part of the YouTube Restricted Mode and then that specific video is added to the Allow list, it was not being allowed for the user. With this fix, the user will be able to view the video.

REL-3131: This fixes the issue where YouTube videos are logged twice even when viewed/visited only once and email notifications were not being triggered for flagged Facebook and Twitter posts.
