How are roles in G Suite mapped to those in the Securly Safety Console?

We understand that school IT admins need to share and delegate responsibilities of managing, filtering, and the Securly admin portal with their colleagues. The Securly admin portal, therefore, allows you to assign staff members to different kinds of roles - super admin delegated reporting group members (DA), etc.

  • To give users access to the Securly portal as super admins you would need to add them to the "Admin Group". (Click here to learn how.)
  • If the "Admin Group" is not set up then anyone with an "All OUs" access to G Suite will have admin access to the Securly portal.

Refer to the tables below for a more granular view of the role mapping.
