With the Securly web filter, you can create customized policies for any of your OUs depending upon their specific requirements.
To create a customized policy, log in to your Securly Filter console and navigate to the Policy Editor > Custom Policy. The radio button for "This is a Custom Policy" will be selected by default. You would just need to give it a name.
You can now modify the Settings, Categories, and Allow/Block lists for this new policy as per the needs of the users it needs to be assigned to. Make sure you have the correct configurations in place before assigning an OU.
Select ‘This is an IP Policy?’ only if your school has multiple IPs and you want to create a policy for a specific public IP. An IP based policy takes precedence over user-based policies.
