How do I file a support request from the Securly admin portal?


If you encounter any problems or have questions about your Securly account and the web filtering solution, you can contact our support team directly via the dashboard. Our global support team is always standing by to answer your question quickly.

To do this, go to the dropdown for "All systems operational" and click "Need help? Let us know." You will be redirected to a request form.
