No. The confidence level only indicates how accurate our categorization is of any activity detected by the Aware as self-harm/grief, bullying, or violence. This will be provided to you when creating Custom Email Alerts for Aware to help you determine your threshold for receiving email alerts for a particular category. The higher the level, the more accurate our categorization. It does not define if or which activity will be flagged by the AI engine or not. All suspicious activity is available to you in the Aware tab irrespective of whether you choose to receive an email alert about it or not.
