Safe Search helps you ensure that your users have always displayed safe search results and are protected from age-inappropriate content and images. You can enforce a safe search for your Chromebooks via your Google Workspace account.
To enable safe search:
- Log in to your Google Workspace account at admin.google.com
- Navigates to Devices > Chrome > Settings > User & Browser Settings > Safe Browsing > Safe Browsing Protection

Select standard safe browsing or enhanced safe browsing as required and save.
Note that for this safe browsing, the settings will only apply to Google searches. Bing, Yahoo, etc. It could be left out of it and could potentially expose users to inappropriate content. Securly’s safe search options provide you with comprehensive coverage. To learn more, click here.
