Why don’t I see certain activities in my admin audit log?


The admin audit log displays activities such as configuration or setting changes in the Securly portal. You may not see certain activities in the admin audit log because:

  1. The said activities happened at the same time that you were viewing the log. Activities need a few minutes to be reflected in the log. Please try refreshing your page or wait for a couple of minutes.
  2. The said activities were done in tools outside of the Securly portal such as your G Suite admin portal. The admin audit log does not track such external activities.
  3. The tool also does not track activities for Classroom by Securly, Auditor by Securly, and some other activities such as parent CSV upload or activity report downloads. However, these will be tracked in subsequent releases shortly.
