How do I reboot my Plug n’ Play Hub?


If you want to reboot your Plug n’ Play Hub you would need to remove your power cable and plug it back in after waiting for at least 15 seconds.

After you plug in your power cable, the three lights on the device would flicker for a few seconds. The Cloud and Power lights will then stabilize indicating that your device has successfully rebooted.

Note that rebooting you Plug n’ Play Hub will not impact your password or the policies you set for any of your devices.
