On-Call
If a major event happens at schools (such as an emergency, natural disaster, or tragedy), schools can let us know. We’ll then apply an internal "Handle With Care" mark to the affected school(s), which gives our On-Call analysts important context when handling alerts.
Case Management
- Alert emails from Aware will now include a direct link to view the case in Aware Case Management.
- The Case status log will now show comment entries.
- We’ve color-coded categories and made improvements to the activity selection interface for better ease of use and visibility.
