How to Verify if Aware Alerts Are Being Sent to the On-Call Team

  1. Log in to Aware.
     
  2. From the left navigation bar, click on the Activities tab to review flagged activity.
  1. Look for an orange triangle icon next to any flagged item. This icon indicates that the alert was not sent to the On-Call team for review.
  1. To ensure alerts are being sent and reviewed by the On-Call team, check that your Organizational Units (OUs) are configured for On-Call monitoring. You can find these under the Settings or Manage sections of the Cases tab.
