- Log in to Aware.
- From the left navigation bar, go to the Cases tab.
- Click on the School Contacts tab, then select the school you'd like to update.
- Review the listed contacts. To edit an individual contact, click the three dots next to their name.
- Once you have made the changes, click Save.
- To add or update multiple contacts:
- Return to the School Contacts tab.
- Click the Add button and select Contact.
- Drag and drop your CSV file to upload the updated contact list or you can add contacts manually.
- To update contacts using Securly Sync, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
