Monitoring support for Gemini AI and Canva
Aware now monitors student activity on Google’s Gemini AI and Canva. For Gemini, please note that Aware currently only monitors activity on gemini.google.com – not areas where Gemini is embedded (i.e. using Gemini prompts in places like Google Docs, Sheets, or Gmail).
Change to flagged activity alert emails
It is common for students to have email addresses that consist of only student ID numbers or other randomized values that may make it challenging for student support teams to identify who the student is. To solve this issue, when possible, flagged activity alert emails will use the user’s real name rather than their email address.
Logging for unblur events
When an admin unblurs a quarantined image, that action is now logged in the Audit Log. This audit log can be viewed by all admins.
On-Call: Mark contact as Aware or On-Call only
For schools who have On-Call, users can be set to receive notifications via sms, email or phone from On-Call and/or Aware case management notifications.
Team Collision Detection for Case Management
In Aware’s case management interface, you will see an icon when a case is being actively viewed by another user, providing greater visibility into the case management process for all parties involved.
