Release Notes - January 2025

Highlighted at-risk phrases in Activity Feed and email alerts

The flagged activity view now highlights at-risk phrases in the content, making it easier to quickly identify key points and take action accordingly. Email alerts for flagged activity will have the same feature.

Open Respond from Aware activity feed and email alerts

Cases can now be opened directly from the Aware Activity Feed or email alert. In Aware, click the Respond icon next to an activity to open the case management dashboard in Respond without needing to log in again. In the email, simply click the ‘Open in Respond’ link.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where emails sent to parents weren’t showing the school/district contact.
  • Fixed a responsiveness issue when applying filters on the case management dashboard.

Respond Updates

  • Suppress alerts for case items: Previously, Respond could only mute flagged Google Docs. This update allows muting case generation and alerts for Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
  • Share cases with contacts outside of the school organization: Cases can now be shared with contacts not defined in the system, making it easier to reach out to third-party experts or counselors for assistance.
  • Improved filtering UI/UX: Filters are now retained after a browser refresh, and tags are clickable for easy filtering.
  • Improved alerts: Email alerts are sent to the new assignee when a case is assigned.
  • Dismiss cases: Cases can now be dismissed before assignment to clear the queue easily.
  • Bulk case dismissal: Users can now use the checkboxes to select and delete multiple cases at once.
