Steps to Temporarily Disable Aware and On-Call Alerts for a Holiday

    1. Update District Contacts:

      • Verify that district contacts, including law enforcement, are up-to-date for emergency situations.
    2. Download CSV File:

      • Access the Securly On-Call menu from the Aware dashboard.
      • Download the CSV file containing current school contacts.
    3. Modify Contact Status:

      • Open the CSV file and change the contact status to 'OFF' for each school contact.
    4. Re-upload Modified CSV:

      • Save the modified CSV and re-upload it to the Securly system to deactivate the contacts.
    5. Revert Changes Post-Holiday:

      • After the holiday, re-upload the original CSV to reset the contacts' status to 'ON'.

Make sure to communicate these changes internally so relevant parties are informed about the temporary deactivation.
