In most cases, you can alert the relevant authorities and parents via email. However, in extreme situations, it may be necessary to contact them by phone or reach out to multiple individuals. In such instances, the contact details page provides all the necessary information.
To view contact details, select a case and click on the Contact button in the upper right. This allows you to quickly get access to contact information for school contacts and parents or guardians, including phone numbers and email addresses.
