How to Find and Unarchive Classes in Securly Classroom

When you encounter an issue where a class does not appear or shows 0 users in Securly Classroom, it may be due to the class being archived. Archiving is a feature that allows teachers and administrators to clean up their class lists by removing old or unused classes from the active view in Securly Classroom.

 

Steps to Find and Unarchive Classes

1. Log in to Securly Classroom

  • Open your browser and log in to your Securly Classroom account.

2. Navigate to the Classes Page

  • On the left-hand menu, select the "Classes" tab to access your class list.

3. Switch to List View

  • Locate the three-lined button in the top-right corner of the page.
  • Click it to change the display to List View.

4. Enable Archived Classes

  • Once in List View, a checkbox labeled "Include Archived" will appear.
  • Check this box to display archived classes alongside active ones.

5. Search for the Archived Class

  • Use the search bar to find the class you are missing. For example, type the name of the class, subject, or teacher's name.

6. Unarchive the Class

  • Locate the desired archived class in the list.
  • Click the three-dot menu on the far right of the class entry.
  • Select "Unarchive" from the dropdown options.
