At times, you may need to unsubscribe one or more parents from weekly emails to adhere to local laws or school/district communication policies. To do this, start by navigating to Securly Filter > Parents > Manage parents.
In the “Manage parents” section, you’ll be able to view the subscription status for each parent. You can filter the record using the status selector or search for a specific record using the search bar.
To subscribe or unsubscribe a parent or a group of parents:
1. Select a parent or a group of parents using the checkboxes.
2. Click on Subscribe or Unsubscribe button as required.
Once you subscribe or unsubscribe a parent, a confirmation message will appear, and the Subscription status column will be updated to reflect the change.
