In certain cases, you may need to know what class a student is active in Securly Classroom. To do so, navigate to Users > Rostered students, and then enter the student's name into the search box. Click on the student.
Under the Student Classes section, you can find what classes the student is enrolled in and the class session they are currently active in, displayed with an "Active" tag.
Note that before starting a class session, you'll be able to view if a student is in a different class from the student selection section.
When you encounter an issue where a class is missing, it may be due to the class being archived. Archiving is a feature that allows teachers and administrators to clean up their class lists by removing old or unused classes from the active view in Securly Classroom.
