What do I do if the Visitor app stops working on an iPad?

In the event that the Securly Visitor iPad App is not functioning properly, the visitor should be directed to the front desk staff.  The front desk representative will then manually check-in the visitor by inputting the first and last name, as well as the birthdate of the visitor.  If the computer is equipped with a webcam, a photo can be taken.  Securly Visitor will work properly to identify any suspicious visitors through the school specific lists and sex offender registry.


When troubleshooting the iPad, ensure the device and the Securly Visitor app are both up to date with the latest releases. If you continue to have problems with the Visitor app functioning correctly on the iPad, please reach out to Securly Support.
