Securly SSL Certificate Verification in Chrome

Issue: You need to verify that the Securly SSL certificate has been deployed in Chrome on a client device.

Solution: To install the the Securly SSL certificate in Chrome, open the Chrome browser type "chrome://settings" into the address bar and press enter.

 

Windows OS

  1. Click on Show advanced settings shown highlighted below
  2. Under HTTPS/SSL click on Manage certificates
  3. Click on Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab
  4. Verify the SSL certificates: Issued To "*.securly.com" is installed

 

Mac OS X

  1. Click on Show advanced settings shown highlighted below
  2. Under HTTPS/SSL click on Manage certificates
  3. The Keychain Access window will open
  4. Select the “System” keychain
  5. Verify the SSL certificates: Issued To "*.securly.com" is both installed
