SSL errors when configuring DNS to use Securly DNS Servers

Follow

Issue: When I point my device Securly DNS and I browse to certain SSL websites I am seeing SSL errors.

Cause: The SSL errors are an effect of our selective proxying service. Some SSL sites handle internet proxying differently than others.

Solution: All devices need to have the Securly SHA-256 SSL certificate installed.

You can create an ALLOW rule in "Global Settings" for any URL that you would like the Securly Web Filter to bypass.

If the website is a grey area website that you need to give some OU users access to and at the same time you would like to block other OU users from accessing it, we can enable the Securly Web Filtering MiTM engine.
