iPads are not connecting in School

Symptoms: 

Securly filtering on the school iPads are configured with a PAC file for proxy mode and now the internet is not accessible.

Explanation:

This is likely happening because the in-school web-filter or firewall is blocking Securly's proxy connection from being successful.

Solution:

Please contact support@securly.com who will provide the necessary IP addresses/hostnames for you to whitelist on your firewall or on premise web-filter.
