You may face problems logging into your Securly product if:
- You are attempting to log in using a different domain address not registered with Securly. Please verify your email domain and try again. Contact support to add additional domains to your account.
- You are not an Azure Global Admin or Google Workspace Super Admin. Please contact your current Google or Azure administrator for permission. (Click here to learn how to add admins to Securly.)
- API access to your Google Workspace Admin Console is not enabled.
Google Workspace API access
To enable API access, log in to your Google Admin console, navigate to Securly > API Controls > App Access Control, and click Manage Third-party app access.
Select "OAuth App Name or Client ID" from the dropdown and search for Securly.

Check the boxes for the client IDs you want to configure, then click Select.
Select who to configure access for.
Select what type of access this app has to Google data for users in the selected org unit. Continue
Select Trusted under Access to Google Data.
You should now be able to access your Securly dashboard.
