Why is custom activity setting for parent reports disabled?

You can choose what information about a child’s online activity is shared with their parents via the weekly email reports or the Home app. Securly provides category-level granularity for configuring the access levels. You can select from existing presets or customize your own for both in-school activity and outside-school activity.

The custom activity setting can sometimes appear greyed out and unavailable. This is because you do not have any custom settings saved the last time you updated your configuration and have instead opted for one of the presets. Securly does not save multiple report settings and only the last saved or the current one in use is saved.

However, you can simply uncheck or check a checkbox for any of the categories and that would enable the custom settings.
