Can school contacts receive Aware alerts only during school hours?

Yes. You can mute all Aware alerts outside of your set school hours and the contacts assigned to receive them will not be sent those alerts for that duration. The flagged activities will be logged and displayed on the Aware Activities page. 

This feature can be enabled by turning on the ‘Mute alerts after school working hours’ field under Notifications in your Account Settings. 


This feature assumes that you have defined your school working hours and will stop sending alerts based on that configuration. The school working hours can be set up from the ‘School working hours’ in your Account Settings. These working hours will impact the Exception Window settings in Securly Filter and it is recommended that you consider your Filter configurations before making any changes to the school working hours for muting alerts.
