How Do I Know Which Filter Cluster I Am On?

In the event of any system notification identifying an issue with a specific filtering cluster, a customer can identify which cluster they use in several different ways.

Securly Filter has 7 production clusters:

USEAST - identified by useast-www.securly.com
USEAST2 - identified by useast2-www.securly.com
USWEST - identified by www.securly.com
UK - identified by uk-www.securly.com
EUWEST - identified by euwest-www.securly.com
CANADA - identified by ca-www.securly.com
APSE - identified by apse-www.securly.com

METHODS TO DETERMINE WHICH FILTER YOU USE

1) When you log in to the Securly Filter the URL will show which cluster you use (in this example the cluster would be USEAST)

2) Going to any blocked URL will display the SECURLY BLOCK PAGE with the cluster identified (in this example the cluster would be USWEST)
