Information about the priority levels can be found in the “HELP” menu of the Flex system for all teachers, staff, and admins. There are training videos and documentation resources available. Users will need to click the play/preview button to open the index that contains all the videos or documents.
From the Flex Training Document Index, click on the link labeled “Priority Level Guide”. This guide provides detailed explanations of all the priority levels Flex has to offer. This document is also shown below.
