Teachers must take attendance for all students listed on their attendance list in order to be counted as “Attendance Taken”. (Teachers often forget to submit attendance for plus-added students who may have been added to an activity at a later point in time.) An activity will remain in “Attendance Pending” until all students have attendance recorded in Flex. Until the attendance has been submitted for all students, a teacher will continue to receive the attendance reminder e-mail(s) at the designated times set by a system admin.
