Our email domain is changing - is there anything I need to do in Flex?

When you know your email domain (or other technology) is changing, please submit a request to the Flex Help Desk to let us know the new domain, when it is going into effect, and for which schools in the district.

Please keep in mind that if your school is making changes to any of the following technology, it is best to let us know so that we can help ensure there is no interruption to your use of Flex.

  • User provisioning method - changes such as:
    • Changing from user file upload to Clever/ClassLink
    • Changing from Clever to ClassLink or vice versa
  • New SIS (Student Information System)
  • Email domain changes
