What do I do if my security groups and users are not imported?

In the unlikely event your security groups are not imported, you can:

  1. Wait for some time and try again as communication between Azure and Securly could take a few extra minutes the first time you import. This is because we first import a flat hierarchy and then start the process of importing users and hierarchy structure. 
  2. Contact our support team at support@securly.com in case the problem persists.
