What do I do if the self-serve Visitor app stops working?

In the off chance the Visitor iPad app does not work when a guest attempts to register, the front desk representative can fill in the guest’s information from the backend or front desk interface of the Visitor app. Instead of the self-serve ID scanning method, the front desk representative will have to check-in for the guest by adding their name, birthdate, and photograph (if applicable). The rest of the app will work in the same manner and identify any suspicious visitors for you. If you continue to face problems, our support team is always on standby.
