The Visitor management system allows schools to create their own watchlists for individuals who should not be permitted as visitors to the school. To create this watchlist the admin should log in to the Visitor interface and navigate to the Manage tab. A CSV with the information can be uploaded to the Watchlist field. It is also possible to manually add names to this list. Every time a guest checks-in, Visitor checks the information against the watchlist to determine if the individual should be permitted entry to the school. If the person is found to be on the watchlist, then the front desk representative is informed accordingly so that the next steps can be initiated as per school policy.
